The terms of international delivery are regulated before crossing the border and can be found on the website of Russian Post. In our experience the full term of international delivery can take from 5 to 60 days depending on the delivery tariff and the distance of the country.
In our experience, international delivery usually takes from 10 to14 days. But sometimes parcel come for 7 days to USA, for example.

Free International Shipping
Free international shipping is available on orders of $150, €125, £110 or 11,000 ₽.
We use Russian Post or express delivery EMS.
Delivery options will be calculated and available for selection after entering your zipcode.
Free delivery in Russia
Free delivery in Russia is available with an order of $100, €85, £75 or 7,500 ₽.
If the amount of the order exceeds this threshold, the “Free Shipping” option will appear on the checkout page.
Courier delivery can be made on the day of order (if the order is placed before 12:00) or the next day as the earliest delivery.
Cost of courier delivery: $6, €5, £4, 400 ₽.

Local pickup from Mitino metro station: free of charge
Moscow courier delivery and Local pickup can be payed online in any available currency (USD, EUR, GBP, RUB) and only in RUB if you want pay to our courier.

Postal Delivery: the same rules apply to postal deliveries within Moscow as to standard deliveries within Russia.

Use PayPal to pay with your bank card or with funds available in your PayPal account in USD, EUR, GBP and RUB.
PayPal works with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. If you have a PayPal account, use your username (email address) and password to pay for purchases.

Pay by card via Alfa Bank
Pay via Alfa Bank if you wish to pay by VISA, MasterCard, MIR, JCB or UnionPay.
This payment method is only available if you pay in Russian rubles.
Why didn’t my payment go through?
- the bank card is not designed for online payments, as you can find out by contacting your Bank
- not enough credit on the debit card
- data on the card were entered incorrectly
- The validity of the debit card expired
Cash payment is only available for pickup and courier delivery in Moscow.
Exchange and Return
All international orders are final. Exchanges and returns only apply for the orders made from Russia.
The next terms of exchange and return are applicable for Russia only.
Exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days of payment, as long as the product’s appearance is intact. Return shipping will be charged to the buyer and must be no longer than 10 days.
Card payments do not allow cash back. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
